About the Role: You'll take a central role in leading product development, shaping architecture, and contributing to roadmap direction alongside the founding team. Expect to work across the stack, support customers, influence infrastructure decisions, and lay the foundations for a growing engineering team.
Skills & Experience:
Strong full-stack product development background
Proficient in Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker
Comfortable with Typescript, templating (Jinja2), and Bootstrap
Experience with self-hosted or hybrid infrastructure
Solid InfoSec awareness
Confident in ambiguity and self-directed day-to-day structure
Comfortable sharing responsibility for product direction
