We’re looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Alliances & Business Development Manager to join our leadership team in Wellington, NZ.
In this pivotal role, you’ll drive global revenue growth for our OEM-based AI business by creating and scaling partnerships with software vendors, hardware manufacturers, and technology companies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying and developing high-impact OEM and strategic alliances.
- Leading the full partnership lifecycle - from prospecting to integration and long-term growth.
- Engaging with C-level executives and building deep strategic relationships.
- Designing joint go-to-market strategies and enabling partner success.
- Growing and mentoring a high-performing business development team.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in technology sales, including international experience.
- A proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
- Experience in OEM or channel sales models.
- A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills.
