Skills & Experience: - Proven ability to uplift sales teams in competitive environments
- Hands-on pipeline and forecast management
- Strong coaching and team accountability track record
- Executive presence in strategic deal settings
- Comfortable with performance-based pay (low base/high variable)
- Sales methodology familiarity (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus
- 5-10 years' sales leadership experience preferred
