About the Role:
This role is all about performance uplift. You’ll lead a sales team focused on mid-market and long-tail customers, embedding sales discipline and coaching them to consistent attainment. You’ll report on progress, support strategic pursuits, and free up senior leaders to focus on enterprise growth.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven ability to uplift sales teams in competitive environments
  • Hands-on pipeline and forecast management
  • Strong coaching and team accountability track record
  • Executive presence in strategic deal settings
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay (low base/high variable)
  • Sales methodology familiarity (e.g., Miller Heiman) is a plus
  • 5-10 years' sales leadership experience preferred
