About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the end-to-end design process across web and mobile platforms. You’ll translate complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences and champion a human-centred approach to design. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the UX vision and growing the design system that underpins multiple products used nationwide.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep experience designing digital products across mobile and web.
• Mastery of Figma – from components and variables to full design systems.
• A strong UX mindset with the ability to turn complex challenges into elegant solutions.
• Confidence leading design reviews and collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and user-centred design.
• Experience with scalable design – SaaS, white-label, or multi-tenant platforms.
• Bonus: Background in edtech, LMS, or a personal passion for sport and community.
