This is a hands-on role - most of your time will be spent coding - but you’ll also set the tone for craft, collaboration, and impact.

What you’ll need
Proven experience building and scaling software systems
Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently
Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and modern delivery practices
Familiarity with remote or hybrid team environments
Understanding of infrastructure, operations, or platform engineering trends
Nice to have
Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or web technologies
Experience with containerisation, cloud-native operations, or packaged software delivery
