About the Role:
The Head of Business Technology Services is a senior leadership role focused on bridging business and ICT.

You'll own the delivery of enterprise systems and lead the largest team in ICT, working alongside executives to drive change and enable outcomes.

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in enterprise systems or IT operations
• Background in delivering ERP, CRM, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of business processes and automation
• Deep stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or service delivery frameworks
• Commercial acumen with strategic thinking capability
• Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary teams
