About the Role:
As Head of Data & Digital, you'll lead the development of enterprise-wide data and digital platforms. You'll productise capabilities that enable teams to self-serve and innovate, while also uplifting the organisation's digital confidence and maturity.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in data, digital, or tech transformation
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau
• Strong background in data governance and compliance
• Skilled in CI/CD and automation practices
• Excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Ability to lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
