About the Company

Our client is a global business that provides a wide range of business services to their customers all around the world. They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their Global Web Development team, who is responsible for building modern, scalable web platforms. With a focus on Agile delivery and collaboration, the team supports high-quality development practices and is continually refining its approach to product delivery.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complexity into clarity. As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll take ownership of scoping projects and BAU requests into clear, actionable tickets that keep developers focused and the roadmap on track. You’ll work several months ahead of the delivery team, ensuring priorities are well-defined and achievable, and you’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to connect business goals with
technical execution.

You’ll play a critical role in reducing rework, aligning stakeholders, and providing the context that allows developers to deliver effectively. You will have the ability to connect business goals with technical execution, whilst ensuring scoped tickets are unambiguous and testable.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, web, or software environments
  • Strong ability to scope technical tickets with precision and clarity
  • Familiarity with enterprise web platforms such as Magento 2 (or similar)
  • Understanding of modern development stacks including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS
  • Awareness of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity
  • A pragmatic, curious mindset with the drive to keep delivery moving
