About the Role: You’ll lead mobile or web/platform technical delivery across a range of projects, shaping architecture, mentoring devs, and making quality-driven decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical depth with strong team and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Experience: - 7+ years in software development, 3+ in a technical leadership role
- Deep expertise in mobile (Flutter/React Native) or web/platform (Rails, Node, Vue, AWS)
- Proven track record in technical delivery and architecture
- Strong mentoring and code review skills
- Experience with CI/CD, testing, DevOps practices
- Fluent in modern dev tooling and engaged with AI-assisted practices
- Must be Wellington-based and ready to start ASAP, ideally within 2 weeks
