About the Role: You’ll manage key customer relationships across onboarding, delivery, and engagement. This is more than a delivery role — you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to how the Customer Success function scales, bringing ideas, feedback, and energy as the team evolves its strategy and processes.
Skills & Experience: - 2–3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Service Delivery
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, tech, or complex delivery environments
- Commercially aware and outcome-focused
- Skilled at juggling competing priorities and collaborating cross-functionally
- Strong communicator, confident using CRM tools like HubSpot
- Proactive, curious, and excited to grow with the team
