About the Role:
This is a pivotal leadership role driving quality engineering across global delivery teams. You’ll lead QA strategy, manage regional testers, embed automation within CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality releases across projects and BAU environments.

Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years in software QA/QE, 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong manual and automation testing experience.
  • Proficient with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Selenium, Cypress.
  • Familiar with CI/CD integration and non-functional testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Strong communicator with experience leading remote teams.
  • Able to develop and mentor high-performing QA teams.
