Own the end-to-end design of cloud-native solutions. You’ll set the architectural direction, turn patterns into working code, and guide teams to ship secure, scalable systems that are a joy to build on.

What you’ll do

Define and maintain solution and system architectures across public cloud and SaaS ecosystems.
Partner with engineers to turn high-level designs into high-quality detailed designs and working software.
Champion performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability in every design.
Translate designs into reusable patterns (including code patterns) and promote their adoption.
Lead technical reviews of architecture, design, code, and tests; act as tech lead for key initiatives.
Drive proofs of concept and structured tech comparisons; present clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Keep architecture artefacts current and useful: from use cases and interfaces to transient and target states.
Advocate for modern engineering practices (APIs, event-driven integrations, CI/CD, DevOps) and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

Hands-on background as a developer combined with proven experience as a solution/system architect.
Strong grasp of public-cloud application design, integration patterns, APIs, pub/sub and streaming, data storage, and data modelling.
Proficiency with design patterns and UML; comfortable guiding teams working in modern front- and back-end stacks.
Solid DevOps mindset and experience with automation and continuous delivery.
Clear communication, collaborative approach, and the ability to work autonomously when needed.
A T-shaped skill set with curiosity to learn and the judgement to keep things simple.
