We’re looking for a Senior Developer to help shape and deliver new features for a growing enterprise SaaS platform.
This role focuses on building and integrating backend services while contributing to occasional frontend work where needed. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the platform remains modern, scalable, and maintainable by following best practices across software architecture, coding standards, automation, and deployment workflows.
Collaboration is at the heart of the role - you’ll work closely with other developers, test analysts, and the product team to understand business objectives, define technical requirements, and deliver well-engineered solutions. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence architectural decisions and help guide the technical direction as the product evolves.
What You’ll Be Doing - Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services with a focus on integrations and API-driven architecture
- Building new product features across the stack where required, with an emphasis on server-side development
- Leading technical discussions and contributing to architectural decisions
- Working with the product team to turn concepts into reliable, maintainable code
- Supporting continuous improvement of engineering practices around testing, automation, and release pipelines
- Providing mentorship to other developers and sharing knowledge across the team
- Pitching in with documentation, deployment, and troubleshooting when needed
What We’re Looking For - 4+ years’ experience in software development, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Strong proficiency in C#, Entity Framework, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MVC
- Experience working with Azure or similar cloud platforms
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, scalable backend architecture, and clean coding principles
- Familiarity with testing practices and automation
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
