You’re a strong fullstack engineer who likes building things people actually use. You care about shipping features end to end, making them look and feel great, and knowing they solve real problems. You’re a nerd about large language models: maybe you’ve worked with them already, maybe you’ve just been experimenting, and you like the idea of putting them into production in ways that actually help people get work done.
In this role you’ll join a small, product-focused team building a modern, conversational experience for sales teams. It’s not “AI for AI’s sake”: you’ll be figuring out where LLMs can genuinely make workflows better, and shipping those improvements fast. You’ll have the freedom to make technical calls, shape the product’s direction, and work closely with people who care about the craft.
What you’ll be doing - Building and shipping features from start to finish with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
- Plugging in LLMs where they can have the biggest impact
- Working closely with the team to make quick decisions and keep quality high
- Talking to users and using their feedback to guide what you build
- Helping shape both the product and how we approach engineering as we grow
What we’re looking for - Solid fullstack skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontends, and backend APIs
- Experience delivering production-ready features in collaborative, product-led teams
- Curiosity about LLMs and how to apply them in practical, meaningful ways
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where not everything is perfectly defined
- Someone who enjoys problem solving, building cool things, and working with people who care about what they do
Why you might like it here - You’ll be working on something modern, visible, and genuinely useful: not dusty back office systems
- The chance to influence what gets built as much as how it’s built
- A small, capable team where your work matters from day one
- Ideally based in Wellington so you can work closely with two of the team here, but open for the right person
