About the Role: As the Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead, you’ll be the primary technical leader for a greenfield platform build. Working closely with an offshore development partner, you’ll combine 60–70% hands-on coding with architectural leadership. You’ll design scalable AWS serverless systems, mentor developers, and drive technical decisions that will shape the platform’s future.
Skills & Experience: - Backend expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, SST
- Strong AWS serverless architecture skills (Lambda, SNS, SQS, Cognito)
- Knowledge of event-driven and scalable systems
- Experience with React or Vue.js
- Proven technical leadership in Agile environments
- API integration and batch processing experience
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones with offshore teams
