About the Role:
This Head of Engineering role is all about enabling high performance across a growing engineering team. You’ll lead delivery operations, team rituals, and hiring, while working closely with the CTO to ensure technical strategy translates into fast, reliable execution.

Skills & Experience:

• 3–5+ years’ engineering leadership experience
• Expertise in delivery management and scalable team processes
• Strong communicator and system-level thinker
• Technically grounded with hands-on capability
• Comfortable coaching senior engineers and driving a feedback culture
• Curious about AI and engineering metrics like DORA
• Experience improving release cadence and quality
