About the Role: This Head of Engineering role is all about enabling high performance across a growing engineering team. You’ll lead delivery operations, team rituals, and hiring, while working closely with the CTO to ensure technical strategy translates into fast, reliable execution.
Skills & Experience: - 3–5+ years’ engineering leadership experience
- Expertise in delivery management and scalable team processes
- Strong communicator and system-level thinker
- Technically grounded with hands-on capability
- Comfortable coaching senior engineers and driving a feedback culture
- Curious about AI and engineering metrics like DORA
- Experience improving release cadence and quality
