About the Role: As Engineering Team Leader, you’ll co-lead one of the key product engineering teams alongside senior leadership. Managing a team of six engineers (across backend, frontend, and mobile), you'll balance people leadership with hands-on technical support, especially in backend (.NET) areas.
Your focus will be on team performance, delivery, mentorship, and technical quality, taking on a significant share of leadership responsibilities.
Skills & Experience: - Proven experience leading engineering teams
- Strong backend engineering background (ideally .NET)
- Experience supporting cross-functional product teams
- Agile/DevOps experience with CI/CD and team rituals
- Strong communicator, mentor, and culture builder
- Comfortable balancing leadership and technical contribution
- Skilled in prioritising team goals and aligning with business direction
