This is a pivotal new hire: the company’s first dedicated QA professional. As the Senior Test Analyst, you’ll lay the foundation for the company’s quality assurance function—defining test processes, ensuring quality across software and hardware interfaces, and elevating product reliability as the ecosystem expands.
Your primary focus will be creating and executing comprehensive test plans across web applications, mobile apps, backend services, and the firmware powering real-world EV chargers. You’ll also be hands-on in the test lab with vehicles and chargers, simulating real-world scenarios such as network failures, firmware updates, and device interoperability. Your insights will be critical in identifying bugs, improving user experiences, and supporting safer, more reliable product releases.
Instead, you’ll focus on building strong foundations: defining QA strategy, embedding test coverage into agile workflows, and collaborating closely with engineers and product managers to prevent defects before they ship.
This role reports directly to engineering leadership and offers substantial autonomy, along with the opportunity to grow into a QA leadership position as the company scales.
