About the Role: This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead the creation of documentation and technical content that makes advanced container technology accessible to a wide audience. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure content is clear, accurate, and always up-to-date.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a SaaS or DevOps environment.
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
• Expertise in tools like Markdown, Git, GitBook, Docsify, or Hugo.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong grasp of English.
• Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into simple, usable content.
• Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Loom, Snagit, or Camtasia for visual content.
