  • Build data visualisations from the ground up in a hands-on fullstack role
  • Work closely with product, shape the solution, own the build
  • Flexible hybrid setup with office space in Porirua and free parking

We’re looking for a senior developer to join a local team and lead the rebuild of some key data visualisations. You’ll be starting from scratch and working closely with the team to design and build something that actually fits their needs.

This isn’t a role with everything mapped out. You’ll kick things off by working with product to understand the problems, shape the solution, and get stuck into the build.

There’s a mix of frontend and backend work, and you’ll have a lot of freedom in how you approach it.You’ll need to be confident working independently, comfortable with a bit of ambiguity, and happy taking the lead on delivery.

You’ll be:

  • Building internal data visualisations from scratch that people will actually use
  • Working with product to figure out requirements and user needs
  • Writing clean, maintainable code across the stack
  • Handling integrations and backend work where needed
  • Collaborating with both local and offshore developers

Tech-wise:

  • Angular and Node.js are ideal, but strong fullstack experience is the main thing
  • Comfortable working with APIs and cloud services (they use AWS)
  • Able to work independently, ask the right questions, and bring ideas to the table

The setup:

  • Flexible hybrid working with no fixed in-office days
  • Office has free parking available
  • Start date is July

If this sounds like a good fit, flick through your details and we’ll be in touch.
