About the Role:
As Head of Engineering, you’ll lead a growing team of 40+ engineers - including Engineering Managers and Staff Engineers - while collaborating with other business leaders. You'll be instrumental in sales, client engagement, and setting the gold standard for technical excellence across projects.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in engineering or technical delivery roles
• Experience guiding high-performing, distributed engineering teams
• Deep knowledge of product engineering and agile methodologies
• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Passion for AI-driven tools and transforming development workflows
• Skilled at building diverse, inclusive, and empowered engineering teams
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
