  • Own discovery and scoping for high-impact product features
  • Work closely with customers to identify real-world problems
  • Collaborate with a senior R&D team to bring ideas to life
About the Opportunity

This is a chance to take on a key product role at a fast-growing, post-Series A startup that’s building tools to modernise the construction industry. The product already has strong traction and real-world adoption, and now we’re focused on scaling.

We’re looking for an intermediate-level Product Manager who’s comfortable in the thick of customer conversations and early product shaping. This role leans into problem discovery, product scoping, and prioritisation. You’ll be a key voice in translating user needs into product ideas that actually get built, working alongside a senior R&D team with deep domain and technical expertise.

This is not a delivery-heavy PM role. Instead, we’re after someone who loves talking to users, can cut through ambiguity, and thrives in environments where you need to figure things out as you go.

About the Role

You’ll help drive the development of features that support construction capture, monitoring, and day-to-day workflows. Your focus will be on understanding real user problems and shaping product outcomes that matter.

You’ll work closely with design and engineering to validate ideas and bring the right features to life. There’s a lot of room to influence how product is done here as the team grows, so if you enjoy helping set foundations and shaping process, this is a great time to join.

About You

You’ve likely worked in a startup or early-stage environment where things were still being figured out. You’re used to thinking on your feet, asking the right questions, and getting close to customers to understand what’s really going on.

You enjoy mapping out problems, defining scope, and working with others to shape solutions. You’re not waiting for perfect briefs or polished processes. You’re naturally curious, user-focused, and have a good sense of what makes a feature worth building.

You don’t need to be the most senior person in the room, but you bring confidence and clarity to your work. You take ownership, communicate well, and get energy from making real progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talk to users and surface meaningful product insights
  • Define and scope features with a focus on impact and usability
  • Prioritise ruthlessly and help shape a clear, focused roadmap
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to bring ideas to life
  • Contribute to building a strong, practical product function
  • Operate in a high-autonomy environment with low process
  • Spend time onsite with the team (3 days per week), with flexibility for WFH
What We’re Looking For Must Haves:
  • Experience in product discovery and working closely with users
  • Strong problem framing and scoping skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments
  • Good communicator with clear thinking and prioritisation
Nice to Have:
  • Background in construction tech, operational software, or B2B SaaS
  • Experience with data-heavy or visual products
  • Familiarity with hardware or field-based user environments
Why Join Us
  • Work on a product solving real problems in construction
  • Be part of a senior, impact-focused R&D team
  • Help shape how product is done as we scale
  • Get monthly refresh days and a growing benefits package
  • Hybrid working with three in-office days and flexibility
