About the Role
Lead engineering squads across people, delivery and operational excellence. You’ll build team capability, own the SDLC and partner with Product, Design and Technical Leads to deliver quality software predictably. This is a leadership role rather than a hands-on coding position, although your technical background will give you credibility with engineers.
Skills & Experience

• 3+ years leading and developing engineering teams
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack technical background across UI, APIs, data and cloud
• Proven coaching and performance management capability
• Strong Agile delivery, estimation and planning experience
• Experience driving AI-native engineering workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
