About the Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity responsible for driving commercial performance across a key regional market. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the General Manager will lead strategy, revenue growth and team performance while building strong long-term partnerships with customers.
You will oversee a large commercial team, set clear performance expectations, and ensure the region delivers against revenue, EBIT and growth targets. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance market opportunity with operational excellence while building a high-performing culture.

Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in senior commercial or sales leadership roles
  • Proven experience leading large, high-performing sales teams
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing P&L performance
  • Expertise in solution-based selling and strategic client partnerships
  • Strong leadership capability with experience building and coaching teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to lead through change and operate in fast-moving environments
