About the Role

This executive role will lead the global People & Culture function as the organisation enters its next stage of growth. You will design and scale talent systems for a distributed company, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure global HR compliance across multiple markets.

Reporting to the COO, you will partner closely with the executive team to align people strategy with business growth.

Skills & Experience

• Senior HR / People leadership experience in a scaling SaaS or technology company
• Experience building global talent and workforce systems
• Organisational design experience in companies around the 150-300 employee stage
• Knowledge of international hiring models (EOR, contractors, subsidiaries)
• Leadership development and executive coaching capability
• Strong commercial mindset with experience using people data and analytics
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
