About the RoleYou’ll own customer relationships across onboarding, delivery, and retention, with a focus on increasing adoption, satisfaction, and success. You’ll have a seat at the table as the function continues to evolve from traditional service delivery toward a more scalable, CS model.
What You’ll Bring - 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Service Delivery
- Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, tech, MSP or complex environments
- Commercial savvy and ability to align technical work with business outcomes
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and driving delivery
- Confident collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communicator with solid admin and CRM tool skills (e.g. HubSpot)
- Grit, curiosity, and a bias for getting stuck in
