About the Role: As Engineering Manager, you’ll lead two engineering squads (approx. 10 people) across Dunedin and Auckland. You’ll be responsible for project delivery, people leadership, and coaching teams to better execution and estimation practices. This is a hands-on management role — shaping how work flows, removing blockers, and creating clarity across stakeholders.
Skills & Experience: - 5+ years in software with 2–3 years in delivery-focused leadership
- Background in project delivery across React, C#, Postgres, and mobile
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience working with enterprise bespoke software builds
- Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience managing distributed or offshore teams a plus
- Familiarity with enterprise environments (e.g. telco, consulting, large SaaS)
