About the Role:

As Head of Product Engineering, you'll lead a growing engineering org (~15–20 people) across 3 squads, platform, and AI/data teams. You’ll rarely be in the code — instead, you'll drive direction, uplift delivery, and embed a performance culture. Working closely with Product, you’ll co-own the roadmap and connect engineering outputs with real customer outcomes.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven SaaS or enterprise software leadership at scale
  • Expertise in cloud-native systems (AWS), DevOps, CI/CD
  • Strong experience modernising teams, tools, and processes
  • Strategic thinker with commercial and delivery acumen
  • Comfortable leading across squads and cross-functional teams
  • Angular experience is a plus
  • A track record of building high-trust, high-impact teams
