About the Role:
As Head of Business Technology Services, you’ll lead the delivery of enterprise systems and enable strategic outcomes across the organisation.
Operating at the intersection of ICT and business, this role champions transformation through partnerships, drives value through automation and enterprise platforms, and leads squads to embed new ways of working.
Skills & Experience: - Senior leadership in enterprise systems or IT operations
- Delivery of ERP/CRM platforms in complex environments
- Strong business process design and automation capability
- Proven relationship and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or similar frameworks
- Strategic mindset with commercial and change leadership acumen
- Experience forming and leading cross-functional squads
