Skills & Experience - 7+ years in product growth or growth marketing roles
- Experience scaling web and mobile platforms
- Expertise across in-app, email, push, referrals, and lifecycle mechanics
- Track record of successful A/B testing and funnel optimisation
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, and growth loops
- Ability to lead high-output teams and move with speed
- Data-informed but bias toward action
