About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee the entire engineering function. From solution architecture to delivery, team mentorship to platform scalability, you'll be pivotal in driving innovation, security, and high performance across all systems.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years' experience in software engineering, including team leadership
• Technical expertise in React, Next.js, Flutter 2.0, AWS, GCP, MySQL & MongoDB
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud systems, and integrations
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and scaling engineering culture
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
• Agile delivery mindset with strong prioritisation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Fluency in Mandarin is advantageous
