About the Role: This Senior Full Stack Developer role is central to the company’s growth trajectory. You’ll modernise and extend a high-impact SaaS platform using Python/Django, React (web), and React Native (app), while also embedding AI into dev workflows to increase delivery velocity. Your work will span backend APIs, frontend features, and strategic architectural improvements — all within a collaborative, Agile environment.
Skills & Experience: - Advanced backend development with Python/Django
- Solid frontend skills with React and/or React Native
- Experience building SaaS products and APIs at scale
- Comfortable working in Agile squads with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to AWS or other cloud environments
- Interest in or use of AI developer tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Clear communicator who values clean code and continuous improvement
