Mitchell says his joy stems from facilitating the connection between people and delivery, helping people achieve fulfilling work by creating efficiencies of process, and leading customer experience management and communication.

Having worked across many sectors, he takes on learnings from every new industry he is exposed to and uses divergent and critical thinking skills to translate experiences into new insights and value for whatever venture he puts his mind to.

In his spare time, Mitch is a keen wellness advocate, participating in many sports including gym, surfing, bouldering, cycling, and running.

He has a a passion for optimising human performance and promoting proactive health practices through research-driven physiology, lifestyle practices, and natural supplementation.

Mitch aspires to make the most of life, maintaining a healthy work and recreational balance and following the "work hard, play hard" mantra to contribute towards positive growth, both through my vocation and lifestyle.

Outside of work, you can find Mitch DJ'ing DnB in clubs all around New Zealand.
