Hanna is Talent Army Auckland’s resident cat lover. When she is not looking after her (and other peoples) felines, she is engaging candidates in the Auckland market to work with the most exciting startups.

Hanna's first taste of startups came from her time at Wise (former Transferwise), where she was involved in scaling the Customer Support team from a team of 10 in one office to 200+ over 4 continents. They were constantly hiring and Hanna was doing a lot of interviews and onboarding, and that's how she got interested in recruitment.

She then travelled and fell in love with NZ, where she started her career in recruitment working with Auckland Doctors and the Northern Regional Alliance as a Recruitment and Allocations coordinator, then RobLawMax Recruitment as a Candidate Manager.

When the opportunity came for Hanna to work with startups again @ Talent Army, it was a match made in heaven!

Hanna has carved out a niche working with Product Designers, Product Managers/ Owners and, in her home in the Customer space and has become the go-to Talent Manager in the Auckland office for such roles.

‍

On the weekends, you can find Hanna on a boat in the Hauraki Gulf, hauling aboard a plethora of ocean bounty.
