Ben is a Talent Manager in our Wellington office.

He is deeply experienced in software engineering recruitment throughout New Zealand and usually works on very technical engineering campaigns with clients. 

Usually found in front of a 42” curved screen with all of the sourcing channels, Ben is in his element finding the harder to find software engineers. 

In his spare time Ben likes to go to the gym and then spend time getting circles run around him by people half his age on the PS5.

Ben has a very thorough sourcing strategy and will do a lot of work upfront understanding the client, the tech stack and the problems the role is trying to solve before even setting off to find his first candidate. 

As Ben is always sourcing Python and Java he can be found in the evenings furthering his technical skills on Code Academy and YouTube.

Ben lives and works in Wellington, New Zealand and loves the startup and scale up industries and supporting NZ inc with the best people he can find.
