About the Role: A newly created, first in-house digital leadership role, the first of its kind at the business. You'll own the digital and AI roadmap end-to-end, bringing coherence to a wide sprawl of disparate systems and leading ERP and TMS transformation projects from business case through to delivery. You'll chair the AI governance group, partner with People & Culture on AI and digital training, and manage vendor relationships across IT, hardware and prospective platform partners.
Skills & Experience: - Strong experience in IT systems
- Demonstrated leadership (not just contribution) on system or ERP-scale projects
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing, BI tools and reporting (Power BI or Tableau)
- Proven change management and ERP implementation experience
- Strong stakeholder communication that flexes from senior leadership to frontline teams
- Comfortable running workshops to gather requirements and resolve pain points
- SQL, API/cloud familiarity and PMO certification advantageous
