About the Role As SVP of Technology, you will lead the global engineering and platform strategy across multiple SaaS products, ensuring technology direction aligns closely with company objectives and product strategy.
This role sits as a key member of the executive leadership team and will partner closely with Product and other senior business leaders to drive platform scalability, delivery excellence, operational maturity, and organisational alignment across the technology function.
The business is looking for a commercially minded technology executive who can balance strategic thinking with pragmatic decision making, operate as a true executive peer, and make thoughtful trade-offs that support broa business goals.
Key Responsibilities - Define and lead the technology and platform strategy across multiple SaaS products
- Align technology direction with company objectives, product priorities, and operational goals
- Partner closely with Product and executive leadership on roadmap planning, prioritisation, and delivery
- Lead globally distributed engineering and platform teams across multiple product areas
- Drive platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational maturity
- Balance speed to market, technical quality, scalability, and risk across the technology function
- Foster a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee technology operations including budgeting, tooling, vendors, and delivery performance
What We’re Looking For - 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles within SaaS or product-led businesses
- Proven experience leading engineering and platform teams across multiple products or business units
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align technology decisions with business priorities
- Experience operating effectively within executive leadership teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps, and modern SDLC practices
- Track record of building and leading high-performing engineering organisations
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, GTM, Customer Experience, and executive stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on pragmatism and execution
