About the Role This is a hands-on Principal Engineer role for someone who loves building products, solving complex technical challenges, and helping engineering teams scale.
Working closely with the CTO, you’ll shape architecture, influence technical strategy, and help drive a strong product engineering culture across the business. You’ll play a key role in designing scalable systems, improving engineering capability, and delivering high-impact products used at scale globally.
Skills & Experience - Strong experience building and scaling SaaS or product-led platforms
- Deep full-stack engineering capability and architectural expertise
- Experience working in startup, scale-up, or high-growth product environments
- Strong cloud-native engineering and DevOps experience
- Passion for modern product engineering practices and AI-assisted development
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and raise technical standards
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability
