About the Role This is not a second CTO. This is an operational leadership role focused on execution, performance, and accountability.
You will lead ~20 engineers across multiple time zones, driving stability, delivery velocity, and team effectiveness.
You will complement a highly technical CTO by owning operational rhythm, incident management, and organisational design.
Skills & Experience - 10+ years in engineering, including 3+ years in operational leadership
- Strong production systems and infrastructure knowledge
- Experience leading incident management and writing clear RCAs
- Proven ability to restructure teams and increase talent density
- Background in scaling SaaS engineering teams
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams
