The business sells a high-value platform into organisations where security, privacy, and compliance are non-negotiable. It’s a complex, consultative sale with senior stakeholders, meaningful deal sizes, and a strong commercial runway as the company scales internationally.
They’re now hiring an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to take ownership of growth across Australia, while also supporting inbound opportunities across APJ.
The role This is a full-cycle enterprise sales position with significant autonomy. You’ll be responsible for building pipeline, running multi-threaded deal processes, and closing strategic new business.
The work involves engaging directly with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise technology teams, supported by strong technical expertise internally. Success comes from structured discovery, credibility with technical buyers, and disciplined execution through long-form sales cycles.
What you’ll be doing - Owning enterprise sales across Australia and broader APJ opportunities
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across complex organisations
- Leading consultative deal cycles from first conversation through to close
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and territory strategy with rigour
- Partnering closely with technical specialists to shape solutions and build trust
- Expanding partner and channel relationships over time
- Representing the business at key customer and industry moments when needed
What they’re looking for - 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in B2B technology
- Strong track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Confidence selling into security, infrastructure, data, or compliance-led environments
- Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- High ownership, strong judgement, and consistent sales discipline
- Comfort working independently in a fast-scaling business
