The opportunity

We’re hiring both Account Managers and Talent Managers.At Talent Army, recruitment is split into two complementary specialisations.

Some people focus more on the client side. Others focus more on the talent side.
Together, they run the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver great outcomes for both clients and candidates.

Account Managers spend roughly 80% of their time working with clients and 20% engaging candidates.
They own relationships with founders, executives and hiring leaders, shaping hiring strategies and guiding recruitment processes.

Talent Managers spend roughly 80% of their time identifying and engaging candidates and 20% working with clients.
They focus on talent mapping, proactive sourcing and building relationships with exceptional people across the tech ecosystem.Both roles require strong recruitment fundamentals and a genuine pride in doing the job properly.

Over time, you’ll deepen your expertise in one side of the market while still understanding the full recruitment process.If you’re competitive, driven, commercially aware and proud of the quality of your work, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to placement
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and candidates
  • Proactively sourcing and mapping talent across multiple channels
  • Advising clients on market trends, salary positioning and hiring strategy
  • Working closely with teammates to deliver strong candidate pipelines
  • Supporting candidates through interview processes and offer negotiations
  • Using our ATS and tools intelligently to stay organised and efficient

What we’re looking for

  • Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house), ideally 2+ years
  • Strong sourcing capability and ability to engage passive candidates
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and advising clients
  • High standards and genuine pride in performance
  • Commercial mindset and hunger to grow
  • Curiosity, resilience and a team-first attitude
  • Experience with SaaS or tech environments is advantageous
