About the Role
As VP Product Engineering, you will lead the engineering organisation through its next phase of maturity. You’ll be responsible for setting direction, improving delivery cadence, and aligning technology, people, and process to enable consistent, meaningful outcomes every 3–6 months.
This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and pragmatic execution, with a strong focus on improving how work gets delivered.

Skills & Experience
  • Senior engineering leadership experience in complex enterprise or platform environments
  • Proven ability to improve delivery rhythm and execution predictability
  • Strong background in product engineering, modern SDLC, and platform thinking
  • Experience in identifying and resolving organisational and delivery friction
  • Track record of developing leaders and increasing talent density
  • Comfortable leading change in consensus-driven cultures
  • Commercial awareness and outcome-oriented decision-making
