About the Company:

About the Role:
You'll lead the engineering function—driving software delivery, technical excellence, and team performance across the SDLC. Reporting to the CTO, you'll oversee core engineering and QA squads, support modern tooling and development workflows, and partner with Product, AI, and Operations teams to deliver robust, secure solutions at pace.
 
Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years in software development, including 5+ years in leadership
• Proven delivery of SaaS products from concept to production
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and agile delivery
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
• Technical leadership across engineering and QA best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with AI-enhanced tooling (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) a plus
