About the Role As Tech Lead, you’ll guide the Adviser Squad in delivering modern, cloud-native applications that enhance the adviser experience. You’ll be hands-on in backend engineering, architecture, and DevOps while mentoring engineers and embedding modern agile and product practices. You’ll work closely with product managers and designers to turn business goals into high-quality technical outcomes.
Skills & Experience - 7+ years in software development with strong back-end skills (Node.js, AWS)
- Experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
- Solid understanding of agile software delivery and cross-functional team environments
- Experience designing and delivering secure, scalable APIs and integrations
- Proficiency with TypeScript, serverless frameworks (SST, SAM, Serverless), and Terraform
- Strong stakeholder engagement and mentoring ability
- Exposure to React/Next.js and Salesforce integration a plus
