Own the end-to-end design of modern, cloud-native enterprise solutions. You’ll set the architectural direction, guide teams through complex ERP and back-office modernisation projects, and deliver secure, scalable systems that accelerate transformation.
What you’ll do - Architect next-generation ERP and back-office solutions that modernise core functions such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and HR.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture across SaaS, PaaS, and hybrid ecosystems.
- Partner with engineering and business teams to turn conceptual designs into detailed, implementable solutions.
- Champion best practices in performance, security, scalability, and resilience across systems and integrations.
- Translate architecture into reusable blueprints and promote consistent implementation patterns across teams.
- Lead technical reviews of architecture, design, and integration strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Drive proofs of concept for new ERP or integration approaches, presenting clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date architecture artefacts, from integration flows and data models to current and target states.
- Advocate for modern engineering practices: API-first design, event-driven architecture, and automation.
What you’ll bring - Background in solution or systems architecture, with hands-on development experience.
- Proven track record designing or modernising ERP and back-office systems in large, complex environments.
- A good understanding of integration patterns (API, event-driven, pub/sub), data management, and workflow automation.
- Experience with public cloud architectures, specifically AWS (Azure or GCP is also helpful) and SaaS-based ERP ecosystems.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and bridge technical and business priorities.
- A pragmatic, outcome-driven mindset with curiosity to explore emerging technologies: including AI-assisted automation.
Why this role - High impact: Architect solutions that directly enable business transformation across finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Modern stack: Design with cloud-native, event-driven, and automation-first principles.
- Growth: Shape architecture strategy, influence enterprise direction, and mentor others as the organisation scales.
