What you’ll be doing:
- Be the onboarding hero – get new customers up and running fast
- Deliver awesome training and guide users to long-term success
- Solve problems, answer product questions, and bring the good vibes
- Collaborate with Sales, Migration and Product teams to keep things seamless
- Run product demos, share tips, and help customers get more value
- Help build out support tools, content and campaigns that really work
- Triage and resolve customer issues with confidence and care
- Bring ideas – we're always improving how we work and support
What we’re after:
- 2+ years in Customer Support, Training or Success (SaaS preferred)
- Great communicator – written, spoken, emoji-optional
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning complex tools
- Confident with Excel and understanding customer data
- Strong attention to detail and a love of clear processes
- A people person who’s curious, proactive, and easy to work with
