Gaming recruitment

Having worked in talent acquisition in the UK, Malta and now NZ, Peter has a global lens when it comes to recruitment and so he has seen it all.

Peter was successful in agency recruitment in the UK before deciding he wanted to move internally where he then moved to Malta and joined gaming companies looking to scale exponentially.

He loves applying segmented marketing and social strategy to the EVP / Employer Branding and talent acquisition, encompassing, product, marketing, operations and technology, making a quantifiable advantage to talent acquisition spend and effectiveness.

He can identify an Employer Value Proposition and communicate a genuine and engaging brand story through web, social and physical marketing. Tying this into structuring and executing an effective resourcing process, partnering with 3rd party service providers where necessary to help them provide a seamless candidate experience.

Supplementing with his own 9 years hands-on experience in recruitment and search capabilities, he can create a genuinely business centric data driven talent acquisition solution.

Peter loves working on engineering, product and leadership roles and knows the Java and C# stacks extremely well and blends that with a real interest and passion for Javascript on the front end.

He is known as someone who will spend that extra time on the phone or video call with a candidate to draw all the information he needs and help them to prepare for interviews by passing on all his learnings of his clients to them.

Peter is a competitive cyclist and is often racing on the weekends and heading all around NZ on his quest to prove that guys over 40 are still fast.
