Maia fell into recruitment by accident 7 years ago and she has never looked back.


She joined Talent Army Wellington in March 2022 and has hit the ground running recruiting across a wide range of disciplines. Her strengths lie in the design and sales and marketing spaces, but she’s also all over development/engineering and product. 

Previous to Talent Army Maia worked in RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) for some of the worlds leading companies. She has honed her career in recruitment working for early stage startups to large global corporates and has recruited in multiple countries.

Maia loves to jump on things quickly and get great candidates out to clients as soon as possible. She believes in a quick process and always staying in contact for a great recruitment experience for both client and candidate.

In her spare time, you’ll find Maia around great food, wine and all things gastronomically fine. She loves recreating MasterChef creations and would never say no to a degustation menu.
