We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company that’s scaling globally after strong product adoption, new international customers, and a successful capital raise. Their platform is used by professional services teams around the world, and they’re now looking for an SDR to help take their go-to-market function to the next level.
This is an opportunity to get in early with a company that’s expanding fast and to play a real part in shaping how they grow. You’ll be the first voice prospects hear, turning interest into opportunities and helping the sales team build meaningful connections with mid-market and enterprise customers.
It’s a hands-on role for someone who’s motivated, curious, and not afraid to put themselves out there. You’ll learn fast, work closely with senior leaders, and be part of a tight, collaborative team that values experimentation, learning, and energy.
What you’ll be doing - Prospect into new accounts across NZ, AU, and global markets
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify inbound leads and pass opportunities to Account Executives
- Research target accounts and personalise outreach based on industry and persona
- Collaborate with marketing to refine campaigns, messaging, and automation
- Keep CRM activity clean, consistent, and insightful
- Test new channels, tools, and tactics to increase conversion
What you’ll bring - Experience in SaaS sales, lead generation, or similar (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
- Confident doing cold outreach and handling objections with resilience
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to tone and timing
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Commercial instincts and curiosity to learn about products and industries
- A self-starting attitude and a collaborative working style
