About the Role:
This is a player–coach position for a seasoned AI & Data professional. You’ll lead the company’s AI and data strategy, build scalable ML pipelines, prototype and deploy cutting-edge models, and embed intelligence across the product suite. You’ll also mentor a small team, drive innovation, and collaborate across engineering and product.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven AI/ML leadership in enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong Python, ML frameworks, and data engineering foundations
• Experience in AML, fraud, or financial services is a plus
• Ability to design scalable data/AI architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
• Experience building and mentoring technical teams
• Ethical and regulatory awareness in AI/ML development
